This chicken soup is total comfort in a bowl.  Tasty chicken simmered in a broth with sautéed onion, celery and carrots.  Then I add some fresh made Spaetzle that drops into the hot broth and plumps up as it cooks.  Spaetzle is just like a home made noodle, so tasty.   This soup is a family favorite!
