Returns and Refund Policy
We accept returns on stock (non custom) items within 14 days of receipt. Stock items in original condition receive a full refund. Please refer to our return procedure below.
We accept returns on special order items within 14 days of receipt. Items in original condition receive a refund, minus a 50% restock fee.
Clearance items are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for special-order items with customized text, imprinting or graphics.
Report all damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery. Document the damage by taking photos. Including the shipping box etc. Email or text to 507-766-0681. All damage caused by a shipping carrier shall be settled through their claims department. For assistance or questions, please call 507-766-0681.
Return Procedure
Pack items in original or similar packaging so they arrive in excellent condition. You are responsible for damages caused in return shipments, so pack carefully. Damaged returns are not refunded, you must file a claim with your carrier. Insure your return shipment for your protection.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please include your name and your order information in the return box for proper identification and to expedite your return.
Refunds and Credits
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process your return or refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
